Terms of Purchase

These Terms of Purchase govern purchases made through the brillianceadornco online store. By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have reviewed these terms, the applicable product information, the Shipping Policy, the Return Policy, and other relevant store policies. These terms do not exclude any rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

  1. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to present accurate product descriptions, images, pricing, and available options. Product availability and specifications may vary by listing. Customers should review the complete product description, available options, and any relevant product information before placing an order.

Product images are intended to illustrate the product's appearance. Actual colors and visual details may vary slightly due to lighting, photography, device settings, and display differences. Such variations do not limit any legal rights relating to products that are materially different from their descriptions.

  1. Pricing and Currency

Product prices and applicable currency are displayed on the website or during checkout. Shipping charges, applicable taxes, and other disclosed costs may affect the total amount payable.

Standard Shipping costs $5.99 for orders totaling $0.00–$48.99. Orders totaling $49.00 or more qualify for free Standard Shipping. Expedited Shipping costs $8.99. The applicable charges will be shown at checkout.

We may correct genuine pricing or listing errors where permitted by law. If a material error affects your order, we will contact you and explain the available options before proceeding with any action that requires your agreement.

  1. Placing an Order

When placing an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete billing, shipping, and contact information. You are responsible for reviewing your selected products, quantities, options, shipping method, and order total before submitting your purchase.

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products under the applicable terms. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of the order but does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted for fulfillment. Order acceptance and processing are subject to payment authorization, availability, and any applicable legal requirements.

  1. Payment

Payment must be completed using an available payment method presented at checkout. Payment processing may be handled by third-party payment providers, subject to their applicable terms and security procedures.

You authorize the applicable payment provider to process the transaction for the amount displayed at checkout. If payment cannot be authorized or completed, the order may be delayed or canceled, subject to applicable law and the terms of the payment provider.

  1. Order Changes and Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel an order, contact service@brillianceadornco.com as soon as possible. We will determine whether the request can be accommodated based on the order's current fulfillment status.

Changes or cancellations may not be possible after fulfillment or shipment has begun. However, this procedure does not limit any mandatory statutory cancellation, withdrawal, or refund rights that apply to your purchase.

  1. Shipping and Delivery

Our estimated delivery timeframe is 10–20 days. Standard Shipping costs $5.99 for orders below $49.00, free Standard Shipping applies to orders of $49.00 or more, and Expedited Shipping costs $8.99.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees unless a specific commitment is expressly stated for the order. Shipping arrangements and delivery estimates are further described in our Shipping Policy. Any legally required notice, cancellation option, or refund relating to a shipping delay will be provided as required by applicable law.

  1. Returns and Refunds

brillianceadornco accepts return requests under its Return Policy and applicable law. Our standard return-request period is 30 days from delivery, subject to any longer or otherwise mandatory rights that apply to your purchase.

Customers must contact service@brillianceadornco.com before returning an item to receive the designated return address and instructions. Return eligibility, shipping-cost responsibility, refund approval, and refund processing are governed by the Return Policy.

  1. Promotions and Discounts

Promotional offers, discount codes, and special prices may be subject to specific eligibility requirements, validity periods, exclusions, and other conditions disclosed with the offer.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, promotions cannot be assumed to apply retroactively to completed purchases or be combined with other offers. We will disclose material conditions and correct promotional errors where permitted by law.

  1. Order Refusal and Fraud Prevention

We may review orders for payment issues, suspected fraud, unauthorized transactions, inaccurate information, or other legitimate operational concerns. Where permitted by law, we may decline or cancel an order that cannot reasonably be verified or fulfilled.
